Gain Strength, Endurance, and Muscle Tone - Tabata Interval Small Group Training Starts Wednesday

This circuit based class will torch calories and blast fat without sacrificing muscle. You will see results by alternating power, strength, and cardiovascular exercises in a high intensity format. Tabata training utilizes the practice of 20 seconds of high intensity work, followed by 10 seconds of active rest for 8 rounds. You will be sure to notice gains in strength, endurance, and muscle tone!
When: Wednesdays, Oct 29 - Nov 19
Time: 5:15 - 6:00pm
Location: Room 160 in the Little Bob
Cost: $6 for students
