RECENT TEAM NEWS
The Blue Hens kicked off their season on Sunday, 11/9, at Montclair State University with a tri-meet against the University of Rhode Island and Montclair State University.
UD vs. URI: Delaware dominated URI by a score of 54-0 with wins (all by fall) coming from Loreto Casuga (125lbs), Matt Kibblehouse (141lbs), Joe Cozzolino (149lbs), Dave Polakoff (157lbs), Nick Graham (165lbs), and Vinny Casey (184lbs).
Ian Eckrote (174lbs), Joe Osinubi (197lbs), and Mohammed Alam (235lbs) took forfeits.
UD vs. MSU: In a highly contested bout Delaware dropped to Montclair state by criteria following a 27-27 tie. Loreto Casuga, Matt Kibblehouse, and Vinny Casey picked up their second pins of the day at 125lbs, 141lbs, and 184lbs.
Joe Osinubi also picked up a fall at 197lbs and Nick Graham won by decision at 165lbs.
