Delaware Athletics to Offer Hens All-Access Live Streams in HD and on Mobile Devices

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware Athletics Department announced today that Hens All-Access will continue to enhance the online viewing experience for Blue Hens fans.
Beginning with this evening's men's soccer contest against UMBC, select Hens All-Access live streams will be available in high definition and on mobile devices via UD's partnership with NeuLion.
“It is important that we continue to improve our fan experience and expand our digital offerings,” remarked Jimmy Smith, assistant director of athletics for multimedia services. “We hope this will create a better fan and allow fans to take the Blue Hens wherever they are.”
In total, all Delaware football, men's soccer, men's basketball and women's basketball games, in addition to a select five men's and women's lacrosse contests can be viewed in HD and on mobile devices.
The new mobile version of BlueHens.com also features on-demand video on iOS devices (iPad, iPhone) as well as Android and Blackberry based devices.
Games will continue to be archived on UD's YouTube Channel within 24 hours of completion.
