Take your vinyasa practice to the next level with this powerful flow class. Practice dynamic postures, move through challenging transitions and experience the satisfaction of advanced sequencing. Linking every movement with one single breath, you will strengthen both body and mind. This class is best for intermediate to advanced students and some vinyasa yoga experience is recommended.
