The Top Hen competition encourages UD students and staff to compete in various fitness challenges throughout the year to earn the "Top Hen" title and receive a tank top. Participants can compete anytime the #UDLilBob is open by telling a staff member they would like to participate. See schedule of challenges, rules, and records.
