Hannah Jardine nearly doubled her season total while draining a career-high five 3-pointers en route to 23 points to lead the Blue Hens to a 62-50 win over North Dakota State in their final game of the San Diego State Thanksgiving Classic at Viejas Arena Sunday. Jardine came into the game with a total of 24 points and six treys through four games played to shoot 9-of-11 from the field, including a mark of 5-of-7 from behind the arc, for her 23 points. The forward added seven rebounds, one assist, one blocked shot and one steal in 35 minutes of play. Erika Brown added 15 points and six assists while Hannah Friend posted a season-best game with 10 points, two rebounds and a blocked shot. Friend was perfect from the floor, registering totals of 2-2 from the field (all 3-pointers) and 4-of-4 from the charity stripe. Jardine opened the game with eight of Delaware's 14 points and guided the Blue Hens (3-2) to a game-high 16-point lead in the second quarter before holding 37-23 halftime advantage.

SERIES INFORMATION
· The all-time series between UD and Fordham is knotted up at 2-2 since the first meeting on Dec. 29, 1988.
· The Rams won that first matchup, 82-66, at Villanova, but the Hens have prevailed for two straight victories.
· Delaware defeated Fordham, 60-56, on Dec. 7, 2005, on
the road and 66-42 on Dec. 22, 2006 at the Bob.
· Last season, three Blue Hens scored in double figures, but it wasn't enough as the Rams defeated Delaware, 49-44, on Nov. 25, 2014 at the Bob Carpenter Center.
· In just four seasons at the helm of the Rams, Stephanie Gaitley has transformed Fordham from a perennial doormat into a national power, compiling three consecutive 20-win seasons and bringing home the school's first-ever Atlantic 10 Women's Basketball Championship in 2013-14. Gaitley is 86-50 in her fifth season at Fordham and 550-320 overall in 30 seasons as a head coach. She previously coached at Richmond, Saint Joseph's, Long Island and Monmouth.
