UD Figure Skating Wins Gold in First Competition of Season

The UD Figure Skating team competed in the 2015 MIT Intercollegiate Competition on Saturday, February 7. The team competed against more than 15 schools in over 25 different events. With a score of 128 points and over 15 skaters placing in their event, the team walked away with their first gold medal of the season.
This competition was a great first step to make as the team looks to return to Nationals and win for the third time in a row. The team will travel to Liberty University on February 28 - March 1 for their next competition.
