Blue Hens Home-Opener Pushed to Wednesday

NEWARK, Del. – Due to expected inclement weather Tuesday, the University of Delaware's game against Maryland has been postponed to Wednesday.
Schedule changes are nothing new for the Blue Hens (2-3) as Delaware has now had 10 games canceled or postponed so far this season.
Maryland will enter Wednesday's game 7-2 and ranked No. 12 in this week's D1Baseball.com Top 25 national poll, No. 16 in Baseball America, and No. 19 by Collegiate Baseball.
Delaware's matchup with the Terrapins is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. at Bob Hannah Stadium.
