Delaware Athletics to Host CAA Food Drive Challenge This Week

NEWARK, Del. -- University of Delaware Athletics will take part in the third annual Colonial Athletic Association Food Drive Challenge this week.
Fans can help the Blue Hens win the title this year by donating canned or non-perishable foods at seven different UD spring home events this coming week.
All donations beneift the Food Bank of Delaware. Fans who cannot make it to the game can make a donation online at YouGiveGoods.com (search for "CAA Food Drive").
The events this week are men's lacrosse vs. Holy Cross (Mar. 3 at 11 a.m.), baseball vs. Maryland (Mar. 4 at 2:30 p.m.), baseball vs. Rider (Mar. 5 at 2:30 p.m.), baseball vs. Rider (Mar. 6 doubleheader at 12 noon), baseball vs. Lafayette (Mar. 7 doubleheader at 12 noon), men's lacrosse vs. Binghamton (Mar. 7 at 1 p.m.), and softball vs. Hartford (Mar. 7 at 11:15 a.m.), and softball vs. Coppin State (Mar. 7 at 1:30 p.m.).
Fans who donate a minimum of five (5) food items at either of the men's lacrosse games will receive free admission and will be entered into a drawing to win various prizes.
