Are you struggling to meet your fitness goals? Are you unsure where to even start? Our nationally certified personal trainers can help!
We will partner you with a personal trainer that will create an exercise program that is safe, effective, and tailored to meet your specific fitness goals. We schedule each session at your convenience. All sessions take place in either the Personal Training Studio or in the CSB (Little Bob) fitness facility. Prefer to have a friend or two join you? Train with 1-3 of your friends by selecting our small group personal training option (available for students only).
