Tied going into the fourth quarter, Delaware held the College of Charleston to just one field goal and five points en route to a 63-47 victory over the Cougars at TD Arena Friday evening. Courtni Green led the Blue Hens (8-7, 3-1 CAA) with 16 points with four 3-pointers to go along with five rebounds. Jodi Salyer dished out six assists in addition to registering five points, four rebounds and three steals. Delaware also saw huge games from Nicole Enabosi and Hannah Friend, each of which came up with eight points. Enabosi recorded a game-best 12 rebounds while Friend collected seven rebounds and three blocks. The Hens, who had 31 rebounds in the first half, finished the game by outrebounding the Cougars, 52-38. Bre Bolden notched a double double of 16 points and 10 rebounds for Charleston (5-10, 0-4 CAA) while Jackie Luna-Castro picked up 15 points and three blocks. The win was the first for the Blue Hens at TD Arena since its first matchup there in 2014.
· UD has won three straight after dropping five of the previous six contests.

SERIES INFORMATION
· One of the longest rivalries in program history, UD hosts the 71st all-time matchup dating to the 1973-74 season.
· Delaware leads Towson all-time, 49-21.
· UD is 26-8 over TU in Newark and has won seven straight at the Bob Carpenter Center.
· The Hens have also won nine of the last 10 vs. the Tigers.
· Towson's last road win against the Hens came on Feb. 21, 2008 by a score of 51-49.
· The two teams complete the regular season series on Feb. 5 at Towson.
· Niki Reid Geckeler is in her third season as the head coach of the Tigers. She is 29-48 at TU and holds an all-time head coaching career record of 114-123 as she previously served five seasons at Howard University.
