Delaware held Robert Morris within reach for the entirety of the game, but the Blue Hens were unable to take the lead in the waning minutes as the Colonials defeated UD, 53-50, at the Charles Sewall Center Tuesday afternoon. Courtni Green led the Blue Hens with 15 points and three assists in 40 minutes of play. With three 3-pointers against RMU, the guard also moved into fourth place in Delaware history with 146 career treys. For the second straight game, Nicole Enabosi collected a game-high 11 rebounds to go along with seven points. The Hens (5-6) held a 26-25 lead to go into halftime and shot 62.5 percent (5-for-8) from behind the arc in the first half, but couldn't find their stroke in the second as they finished the game 6-for-18 (33.3 percent). The Colonials (6-5) outscored Delaware, 18-10, in the third quarter and despite a 14-10 advantage in the fourth, the Blue Hens were unable to come out with the victory. Megan Smith tallied 16 points with four 3-pointers for Robert Morris to go with five rebounds, an assist and a blocked shot.

· The Blue Hens and Pride open Colonial Athletic Association play Sunday in a rematch of last year's CAA semifinals.
· Delaware lost four of its last five contests to wrap non-conference action.
