Delaware opened the night with a 13-0 deficit and was never able to fully recover in a 75-55 loss at James Madison Friday evening. The Blue Hens (10-9, 5-3 CAA) shot 2-of-14 from the floor and were outrebounded, 16-8, in the first quarter before going into the half with a season-worst 22-point disadvantage as the Dukes led, 45-23, at the break. Delaware received a spark to start the second half as the Hens outscored JMU (13-5, 6-1 CAA), 22-11, in the third period and came within 10 at 62-52 with less than five minutes remaining in regulation. The Dukes then outscored UD, 13-3, in the final minutes to seal the victory. Sadé Chatman registered a career-best 15 points, including 11 in the third quarter, with four rebounds in the loss. Courtni Green added eight points and four rebounds while Makeda Nicholas collected six points, five rebounds and three blocked shots. Jazmon Gwathmey posted a game-high 23 points for the Dukes while Da'Lishia Griffen and Angela Mickens both recorded double doubles of 12 points and 10 rebounds.

· UD has won five of their last seven games, with losses coming to Drexel and James Madison.
· The game is the first of two regular season televised contests for the Blue Hens this year. Delaware will also face JMU on the American Sports Network on March 2.

SERIES INFORMATION
· The longest rivalry in program history, Delaware leads Drexel in the all-time series, 49-27.
· The Dragons swept the regular season series last year, but the Hens defeated Drexel in the CAA quarterfinals.
· UD fell to DU, 54-53, just a week and a half ago at the Bob Carpenter Center.
· Delaware is 21-12 all-time against Drexel in Philadelphia.
· The Blue Hens last picked up a win at the DAC on Feb. 18, 2014 with a 55-50 win over the Dragons.
