Dottin-Carter will be looking to rejuvenate the struggling Blue Hens, who are looking to snap a four-game losing streak and win their first Colonial Athletic Association contest of the season.
The Blue Hens (2-4, 0-3 CAA) are coming off their second straight heart-breaking loss following a 24-17 setback at William & Mary on Saturday in Williamsburg, Va. Delaware led 14-3 heading into the final quarter but the Tribe put up 21 points in that frame - helped by a successful on-side kick - and sealed the victory. The week before, the Hens fell to Maine 28-21 when the Black Bears returned a fumble for a touchdown in the final minute.
No. 24/22 Stony Brook, now in its fourth season in the CAA, sits tied atop the league standings with James Madison with a 3-0 league mark and a 4-2 overall record. The Seawolves have won two straight, including a 27-20 win over Towson Oct. 8 and a 14-3 victory over Rhode Island this past Saturday.
