LAST TIME OUT 🏀
Missed shots down the stretch proved to be crucial early Sunday evening as Delaware dropped a 47-43 heartbreaker to Drexel at the Daskalakis Athletic Center. Tied at 43 with 3:13 remaining in regulation, the Blue Hens (10-10, 5-4 CAA) missed three field goals and two free throws with two turnovers while the Dragons (11-9, 7-2 CAA) knocked down a jumper and two free throws for the victory. Makeda Nicholas notched her third career double double and ended the night with 13 points, 10 rebounds and three assists. Sadé Chatman added 11 points and nine rebounds for Delaware.Sarah Curran registered a game-best 16 points with four rebounds while Rachel Pearson collected 13 points and Jessica Pellechio had 11.
