FAQS
I'm new to fitness, will I be able to keep up in class?
YES! Our instructors will provide modifications for all skill levels. You can start with the beginner exercises and work your way up as you progress.
How early should I arrive to class?
Participants typically arrive 10 minutes before most classes. Participants may arrive 15-20 minutes early to secure a spot in our more popular classes, such as Butts N' Guts, Cycle, and BODYPUMP. If you have never taken the class before, it is helpful to arrive early so the instructor can help you set up your equipment properly.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
All particpants need a valid class pass and appropriate gym attire. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to all classes. Towels can be borrowed from the front desk for use in the facility. Participants may bring personal yoga mats to mind-body classes or use the mats provided.
How will I know if a class has been cancelled?
All changes to building hours and the fitness class schedule are posted on our website, Twitter, and Facebook. We recommend registering for our email list to get updates on all changes to hours and upcoming events/programs.

Are there descriptions available for every class?
Yes! Class descriptions and class preview videos are available here. The descriptions are also on the second page of the class schedule PDF.
How do I become a group fitness instructor?
If you are already certified in a specific format, you can apply here. If you are not yet certified in any formats, contact our Fitness Director Christine Klimik-Pena to discuss which certifications we accept and how you can get certified. We will hold several certification workshops on campus throughout the year.
Do you have anything that offers more individual attention?
Yes! Participants can work one-on-one with a nationally certified personal trainer to receive more individual attention. Your trainer will create an exercise program tailored to meet your specific fitness goals, such as weight loss, total body conditioning, etc. All sessions are held in the Lil Bob at a time convenient to you. Choose from a variety of package options here.
