BODYPUMP 104 LAUNCH
What is it?
Every 3 months, Les Mills releases new choreography and tracks to the instructors to vamp up their classes. These releases include exciting innovations, great music, and an awesome workout.
To celebrate the new 104 launch, we will be offering FREE BODYPUMP classes!
Wednesday, 1/10
- 5:15 p.m. - Jo, Chelsea and Rita
- 6:30pm - Patrick, Sam and Serita
Reserve your spot in class - opens 24 hours prior to class
New to BODYPUMP? Review the information below before class.
- Arrive early to be assisted with equipment setup.
- BODYPUMP is a 45-60 minute class that uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition to build strength and tone muscles.
- Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
- The workout is designed so you can choose how hard you would like to work that day. Instructors will provide modifications to accomodate participants of all fitness levels.
