ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Blue Hens kicked off action Friday with singles play at the Navy Gold Invitational.
Junior Dominick Perez earned the 6-2, 6-2 decision over Temple's John Brett in Flight D.
Delaware also forced two three-set matches as senior Asdrubal Marcano fell to George Mason's Amir Alkhafaji, 6-1, 3-6, 7-4, and junior Milo Nagle dropped a 3-6, 6-3, 6-3 match to Georgetown's Ian Witmer.
