Delaware Kicks Off Action at Princeton Farnsworth Invitational

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Blue Hens opened play Friday at the Princeton Farnsworth Invitational and finished the day with five total victories.
In doubles action, freshman Luis Molina paired with junior Laurenz Lankes for the 8-4 win over Bucknell's Max McDonald and Andrei Vitiuc.
Delaware swept singles play as the pair also picked up singles victories as Molina topped McDonald, 6-3, 6-3, while Lankes fought for the 6-3, 7-6 (10) win against Vitiuc.
Junior Luis Marcano posted the 6-1, 6-0 decision over Marist's Kian Yazdi while classmate Milo Nagle captured the 7-6 (5), 6-3 win against Drexel's Youssef Lahlou.
Action continues Saturday at 9 a.m. with two rounds of singles and one round of doubles.
