NEWARK, Del. – Delaware women's basketball head coach Natasha Adair announced Thursday that senior forward Nicole Enabosi will miss the 2018-19 season after suffering a torn ACL.
"This is never something that you want any student-athlete to experience or go through," stated Adair. "Nicole is resilient and tough. We're here to support her through this difficult time and know she will come back better than ever."
Enabosi will have one year of eligibility remaining following the 2018-19 campaign. She earned 2018 Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year accolades after finishing the season in the Top 10 of nine Delaware single-season categories while leading the CAA in points per game (18.0), rebounds per game (11.8) and defensive rebounds per game (8.9).
