Delaware Athletics Announces Pledge Per Win Campaign for Hoops

NEWARK, Del. - The Delaware Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation Department announced Monday its Pledge Per Win Campaign for the 2021-22 basketball season.
This season cheer on the men's and women's basketball teams with a fun and exciting way to support our student-athletes. Blue Hen fans will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact and invest in wins by pledging a specific donation amount for every basketball victory this season through the Pledge Per Win program.
Fans will have the opportunity to "Double Their Pledge" for rivalry games and postseason contests.
All fans who sign up before the start of the season will be entered to win a blue hen prize pack and anyone that pledges $50 or more per game will be entered to win a chance to have lunch with head men's basketball coach Martin Ingelsby and head women's basketball coach Natasha Adair. In addition, anyone who pledges $100 or more per game will have the option to be honored at a home basketball game this season.

How does Pledge + Watch = Impact work?
PLEDGE any amount per win for each victory, then WATCH each game and cheer your teams to victory. Your IMPACT will make a difference on the student-athlete experience.
For example, YouDee pledges $100 to the Pledge Per Win campaign for men's basketball. So if the men's basketball team wins 20 games during the 2021-22 season, YouDee will donate a total of $2,000 to the Pledge Per Win campaign.

When will I be charged for my pledge?
All pledges will be charged at the end of the regular season. Additional pledges for the postseason will be charged at the end of the season.
How will my donation through pledge per win be used?
All gifts received through the pledge per win program will directly benefit our men's and women's basketball teams. Your support of our teams helps provide our student-athletes with the resources they need to achieve academic athletic and personal success, funding training, nutrition, equipment and travel.
Can I upgrade or modify my pledge during the season?
Yes. To upgrade, modify, or opt-out of your pledge at any time throughout the season, please email bluehensclub@udel.edu or call 302-831-2257
Will pledge per win apply to the postseason?
Yes. pledge per win will automatically apply to the postseason for the CAA Championships. You will have the options to double your pledge for these possible games.
