WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Following a record-breaking undefeated regular season, the Delaware Women's Tennis team fell to the College of Charleston 4-2 in the quarterfinals of the CAA Tournament on Friday.
"We battled our hearts out today and left everything on the courts," said head coach Pablo Montana, "Even though we came up a little short, I thought we competed very well. We had a great season and there is much to celebrate and a special thanks to Fons Verberne and all of our student-athletes for trusting in the process and believing in each other. The future is bright for this program and I'm excited for the next chapter."
