Football Ranked No. 6 in AFCA Coaches’ FCS Top 25

WACO, Texas – The AFCA Coaches have tabbed the Blue Hens with a No. 6 ranking in the FCS Top 25 poll released on Tuesday.
Delaware opened the season with a conference game at Maine and registered a 34-24 point win on the road. Delaware held the Black Bears scoreless in the second half to open the season 1-0.
The Blue Hens open up home play on Saturday at 6 p.m. versus Saint Francis of the Northeast Conference.
