Hackley Named CAA Offensive Player of the Week

RICHMOND, VA. – Delaware women's soccer player Katie Hackley has been named the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Offensive Player of the Week. It is the first honor for a Blue Hen this season.
The Ottsville, Pa. native, came off the bench on Thursday to score two of three goals for Delaware, including the gamewinner in the defeat over Elon, giving the Phoenix their first CAA loss of the season. Hackley was back at it again in UD's 1-1 tie versus Towson when she assisted on UD's game-tying goal in the 46th minute. Hackley was a part of three out of Delaware's four goals this week to go 1-0-1.
The Blue Hens host Stony Brook and Hofstra this week at home on Thursday and Sunday.
