Parents & Family Weekend and Homecoming Dates Announced

NEWARK, Del. – The 2022 University of Delaware Football schedule has been released and the excitement is in the air. The Blue Hens will host six games at Delaware Stadium, beginning on Saturday, Sept. 10.
This year's Parents & Family Weekend game against Towson will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1. The Blue Hens hold the all-time series advantage over the Tigers, 11-9, as the two teams have not played since 2019. In addition to the football game, campus festivities will run from Friday, September 30 through Sunday, October 2, 2022 to celebrate UD students, and for families to connect with the campus and experience the UD community. Be sure to look out for more information from the Office of Student Life regarding a schedule of activities and event registration in the coming months. With the traditions of Blue Hen pride running high, Homecoming will be on Saturday, Oct. 22, as the football team hosts Morgan State. It will be the fourth time in school history and the first time since 1984 that Delaware has played Morgan State, as the Blue Hens are 3-0-1 against the Bears.
