NBC Sports Philadelphia, Delmarva Sports Network to Broadcast Delaware Athletics

NEWARK, Del. –The University of Delaware Department of Athletics, Community, and Campus Recreation has announced a partnership with a pair of local television networks to broadcast several Delaware home games this fall. Select home games for UD's field hockey, football, men's soccer, women's soccer, and volleyball programs will be broadcast on the Delmarva Sports Network (DSN) and the NBC Sports Philadelphia family of networks.
Additionally, all of Delaware's home events will still be available on FloSports as part of the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) agreement.
This will be the first year of Delaware's partnership with DSN, a station based out of Salisbury, Maryland that will expand UD's linear coverage into southern Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. DSN will broadcast games for men's soccer (Sep. 9), women's soccer (Sep. 28), field hockey (Oct. 1) and volleyball (Oct. 22) as well as Delaware football's home contests on Sep. 23 and Nov. 4.
The Blue & Gold's homecoming football game against Duquesne (Oct. 7) will air on NBC Sports Philadelphia, while UD's games against North Carolina A&T (Oct. 14) and the regular season finale against Villanova (Nov. 18) will air on NBC Sports Philadelphia Plus.
Additional information about televising winter and spring sports will be made public in the coming months.
