Custom Delaware Athletics License Plates Now Available

NEWARK, Del – In partnership with the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles, the University of Delaware Department of Athletics, Community, and Campus Recreation is now offering a custom license plate to any Delaware resident.
"I'm excited the entire 302 can come together and share our Blue Hen pride," Director of Athletics, Community, and Campus Recreation Chrissi Rawak said. "Seeing these throughout the state will signify how special the University of Delaware is."
The cost of the plate is $50 with $15 going to Delaware DMV for production and the remaining $35 going to the Delaware Athletics. The fund provides operational support of all programs, including sports medicine, nutrition, training, equipment, travel and more. Support of the Blue & Gold fund also provides an exceptional student-athlete experience through enrichment resources centered around student-athlete success, academic enrichment, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and leadership and career readiness.
