Women’s Tennis’ Hrynashka Wins CUSA Women’s Tennis Athlete of the Month

DALLAS - Women's tennis' Maryia Hrynashka earned her and the team's first Conference USA award, as she picked up the conference's Women's Tennis Athlete of the Month nod.
Hrynashka played to a 5-1 total record during the month of September, competing in six matches during the Villanova/UD Invite.
The senior played to a 3-0 singles record and went 2-1 in doubles action. Hrynashka took singles wins against opponents from Villanova, Syracuse, and NJIT. She broke into the top 10 in program history during the event, gathering her 65th, 66th, and 67th singles wins, moving her into eighth all-time among all Blue Hens.

The Hens will stay in Newark for their next matches as they host the Delaware Fall Classic from October 3-5.
