Women's Tennis Adds Four on National Signing Day

NEWARK, Del. - University of Delaware women's tennis has signed four incoming freshmen to their 2026-27 roster, Director of Tennis and head coach Pablo Montana announced Thursday.
The program signed four international recruits, including two from England, and one each from Ireland and Switzerland.
"I'm really excited about this recruiting class," Montana said. "With all four being freshmen, it's great to see the different strengths and personalities they each bring. They all have ITF experience and world rankings, which will help them make an immediate impact. I'm looking forward to watching them grow and contribute to our program."
Isabella Kellenberger | Einsiedeln, Switzerland | Beyond Sports
Swiss native and right-handed player who has played among the highest-ranked amateur tournaments in Europe… Was the U18 doubles Swiss Championship runner-up in 2025, as well as the ITF J60 and J30 doubles runner-up 2025, preceded by being the doubles Runner-up in ITFJ60 and winner of the ITF J30 in 2024… As of signing, Kellenberger was ranked the No. 44 player in Switzerland and No. 4 player born in 2007… Daughter of Luisa Fernanda Kellenberger Jurado and Roger Kellenberger… Has a sister, Sofia.
Aimee Knowles | Tynemouth, England | Kings Priory School
Has played four years at Kings Priory School in Tynemouth… Also played netball… Daughter of Rachel and Craig Knowles… Has a brother, Sam, that plays tennis at Wayne State University in Michigan.
Jenny Marsh | Dublin, Ireland | St. Andrew's College
Has been a holder of Ireland national age-grade singles titles, two national doubles titles, and three national mixed doubles titles… Held the Irish No. 1 girls tennis ranking spot at every age grade level... Has recorded two ITF junior doubles titles and featured in two x ITF junior singles finals and is a seven-time ITF junior doubles finalist… Also played field hockey and Gaelic football… Won the Leinster minor girl's field hockey plate in 2022… Daughter of Aidan Marsh and Julie O'Mahony… Has two brothers, Patrick and Louis.
Annabel Hristova | London, England | Putney High School
Played four years at Putney High School in London… Was the U14 British national champion in 2022… Was the ITF J60 singles and doubles winner in Gjovik, Norway… Competed in the J30 final in Ghent, Belgium 2025… Has reached seven singles semi-finals at ITFs, winning six ITF titles… Daughter of Tzveta Stoilova… Born in Sofia, Bulgaria.
