NEWARK, Del. - The University of Delaware men's tennis program has released its 2026 spring schedule, interim head coach Nathan Perrone announced Thursday. The Fightin' Blue Hens will compete in 23 dual matches and its first Conference USA tournament.
The Blue & Gold are coming off of a strong fall season, where the nine team members played to a 78-31 total record (.715), including Euan Mackenzie and Tobey Lock earning the program's first trip to the NCAA Individual Championships as a doubles pair.
Delaware played to a 14-9 dual match campaign in the spring 2025 campaign and currently holds an eight-match winning streak at home entering the 2026 season.
UD will start the spring season by hosting Villanova (Jan. 30), before traveling up to Bucknell (Feb. 1) and repeating the cycle as FDU visits Elkton (Feb. 4) and the Hens head to Philadelphia to take on Penn (Feb. 6).
A stretch of three home matches comes to the 302 when Howard and Loyola (Md.) will travel to DuPont Country Club (Feb. 7), and the Blue Hens play host to Rider at its only match of the year at Wilmington Country Club (Feb. 22).
Wrapping up the first full month of competition, UD will take on Columbia in New York City (Feb. 25) and return home to play Georgetown (Feb. 28).
The Blue Hens head down to Fairfax, Va., to compete against George Mason (Mar. 4) before returning home for three-straight matches on the DFH Outdoor Courts, taking on Navy (March 6), Bryant (Mar. 7), and Monmouth (Mar. 13). The squad will also take on Hofstra on the outdoor courts (Mar. 29) in its final home match of the year.
Delaware takes to the road for nine of its next 10 matches after the three-match homestand, including a trip to Florida as the spring comes to a close. UD will go to Temple (Mar. 17), Richmond (Mar. 20), FGCU (Mar. 24), Miami (Mar. 25), Florida Atlantic (Mar. 26), Drexel (Apr. 1), UNCW (Apr. 4), William & Mary (Apr. 9), and Old Dominion (Apr. 10).
UD will compete in its first CUSA Tournament since joining the league in July of 2025, in Murfreesboro, Tenn., hosted by MTSU from April 17-19.
