Sabev Wins 100 Breast on Day Three of CAA Championships

HAMPTON, Va. Toni Sabev wins the 100 breast to highlight day three of the Coastal Athletic Association Championships on Friday.
The Blue Hens sit in second place overall out of six teams.

- Sabev won the event with a time of 51.69.
- Matvei Namakonov broke the program record and the CAA meet record in the 100 breast in the time trials with a time of 51.19. His time earned himself an NCAA B cut.
- Addison Collins came in second in the 200 free (1:36.10)
- Philip Townsend in the 3-meter dive with a score of 340.30
- The men's 200 freestyle relay team of Luke Rautzhan, Sabev, Collins and Namakonov were second with a program record of 1:18.89
