Delaware football fans will enjoy an enhanced gameday experience this fall, thanks to exciting upgrades to the Hen House powered by Schell Brothers, the premier tailgating destination at Delaware Stadium. The upgrades, inspired by fan feedback, promise to provide an elevated experience for all attendees and make every home game even more memorable.

A One-of-a-Kind Experience in a Premium Location
For the 2025 season, the Hen House is introducing 34 premium VIP parking spaces, situated in a prime location next to the Anchor Buick GMC Fan Zone. These spaces offer fans unparalleled access to the vibrant pre-game atmosphere and are conveniently located near the start of the all new Flight Path. The Flight Path will occur close to 3 hours before kickoff, and allow fans to join our band and spirit programs as they welcome the team to the stadium on game days. More details on the Flight Path, and additional gameday experience enhancements will be announced this summer.Â

Each new VIP parking space measures a generous 15'x30'—a significant upgrade from the standard 9'x18' spaces—allowing ample room for tailgate tents and gatherings with friends and family. Fans will also enjoy the convenience of a wide 20' drive lane, ensuring easy access without navigating around other tailgate setups.

These exclusive 34 VIP parking spaces will be available to current season ticket members during the Seat & Parking Relocation & Upgrade process, which starts on March 13, 2025. Any available spaces will go on sale to the general public on a season basis starting April 1, 2025. With only a limited number of spots available, fans are encouraged to act fast to reserve their VIP parking for the 2025 season.
