Football Ready for 2025 Spring Practices; Spring Game Set for April 18

NEWARK, Del. – The new era of University of Delaware football is officially here as the team begins its preparations for the 2025 season - its inaugural FBS campaign as members of Conference USA. The Blue Hens will begin spring practices on Saturday, March 8, the first of 14 practices that lead up to the annual Blue-White Spring Game.
While practices will not be open to the general public, fans can follow along through the program's social media accounts for behind-the-scenes content as well as on Bluehens.com for additional features.
The 2025 Blue-White Spring Game will take place at Delaware Stadium on Friday, April 18 at 6 p.m. The Spartin Family Gate will open at 5 p.m., and parking and admission is free to the public. All seating will be in the west stands and is general admission. Fans will have the opportunity to watch the Blue Hens in a live scrimmage atmosphere as the offense takes on the defense in the team's final spring tune-up before the 2025 season.
The Whitney Athletic Center Stadium Club will be open during the spring game exclusively to season ticket members who have renewed or purchased their 2025 season tickets, and will include a cash bar along with free appetizers on a first come first serve basis from 5 - 6 p.m. During that time in the stadium club, Delaware football alum and newly-hired general manager Patrick Callaway will take part in a Q-and-A with season ticket members.
At the conclusion of the season ticket member event at 6 p.m., the stadium club will remain open to all fans, including concessions and cash bar offerings, throughout the game.

Season tickets for Delaware's inaugural 2025 campaign at the FBS level are now on sale. Fans who purchase season tickets can save up to 27-percent compared to single-game tickets. The Blue Hens will host six games at Delaware Stadium, and season ticket holders will have first access to upgrade their seats or parking, as well as purchase additional tickets for home and away games - including UD's matchups at Colorado (Sep. 6) and Wake Forest (Nov. 22). Partial plans and select individual game tickets will be available later this spring.
