Women's Tennis Advances to CAA Semifinals After Sweep

ELON, N.C. - The No. 3 University of Delaware women's tennis team swept No. 6 Campbell in the quarterfinals of the 2025 CAA Tennis Championships hosted by Elon on Friday morning, 4-0.Â
The Blue Hens entered the post-season with a 17-7 overall and 4-0 conference record.
ON THE RECORDÂ
"We came out and played our brand of tennis today," head coach Pablo Montana said. "From the start in doubles all the way through singles, we imposed our will and set the tone. This was one of our most complete performances of the season, and I'm excited to carry this momentum and confidence into tomorrow's semifinal match versus William & Mary"Â
"I'm so thankful that we get to continue our season," senior Greta Schieroni said. "I'm excited to share the court with my teammates again tomorrow for another opportunity to advance our season."Â
