2025 Football Promo Schedule Announced

NEWARK, Del. – The promotional schedule for all six University of Delaware football home games is set, Delaware Athletics announced Thursday.
Delaware opens the season at home against in-state rival Delaware State on Thursday, August 28 at 7 p.m. The 302 Night will offer half-price tickets to government employees.
UD will host UConn on Saturday, September 13, playing an FBS opponent at home for the first time as a member of the bowl subdivision. The Hall of Fame, Healthcare Appreciation, and Band Day game will kickoff at 3 p.m., and it includes half-price tickets for healthcare employees, as well as performances by local high school bands at halftime alongside the UD marching band.
The Fightin' Blue Hens will make their home Conference USA debut against Western Kentucky on Friday, October 3 at 7 p.m. for Parents and Family Weekend. It's a Blue Out, where fans are encouraged to wear blue, and it will also be a CUSA Mental Health Awareness Game.
The Hens host Middle Tennessee State on Wednesday, October 22 at 7:30 p.m. for Breast Cancer Awareness, First Responder Appreciation, Educator Appreciation, and Youth Cheer and Dance Day. Fans should wear pink to raise awareness for breast cancer and honor all those who are fighting or have fought the disease. There are also half-price tickets for first responders, a pregame clinic, and an in-game performance for kids (ages 5-12) featuring Delaware's spirit squads, as well as half-price tickets for local teachers (K-12).
Delaware's Homecoming game on Saturday, November 8 against Louisiana Tech will be at 3 p.m. In addition to Homecoming, it is Salute to Service, Celebration of Champions, MVP Day, and UD Faculty and Staff Appreciation. The day will celebrate past Delaware conference and national champions across all sports, as well as offer half-price tickets for University of Delaware faculty & staff, all active-duty, reserve, and veteran military personnel.
UD closes out its home slate with its Senior Day game against UTEP on Saturday, November 29 at 1 p.m. In addition to celebrating Delaware football's senior class, it is also Youth Day and Be a Hero Day, with half-price tickets for kids ages 3-12 with the purchase of an adult ticket.
