DALLAS – For the second time in three weeks, University of Delaware women's golf sophomore Kate Roberts has been named the Energy Transfer Conference USA (CUSA) Women's Golfer of the Week, as announced by the league office on Wednesday. The award recognizes Roberts' performance at the Terps Invitational this past week to close out Delaware's regular season.
Roberts was Delaware's top finisher for the second-straight tournament, tying for 25th at the Terps Invitational, hosted by the University of Maryland. The sophomore drained six birdies over her three rounds as she led Delaware to a seventh-place finish in the challenging 16-team field.
This is Roberts second weekly honor of the spring as she was previously named the CUSA Golfer of the Week on March 25 after her runner-up finish at The Nashville Invitational. Overall, this is the fourth weekly award of the season for Delaware as Mary Grace Dunigan (Sep. 24) and Rhianna Gooneratne (Oct. 22) were both recognized in the fall.

The Blue Hens will have a couple of weeks off to prepare for the 2026 CUSA Women's Golf Championship, which will be held April 20-22 at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, Texas.
