Nineteen Rowers Named MAC All-Academic

CLEVELAND – The University of Delaware rowing team had 19 student-athletes earn MAC All-Academic nods, the conference announced Tuesday.
These are the first conference all-academic nods awarded to the Fightin' Blue Hens since 2017, when the then Colonial Athletic Association accepted one nominee from each member team.
Ten of the 19 honorees were also named CRCA Scholar Athletes earlier this month.
To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50-percent of the contests for that particular sport. First-year students and any transfer in their first year of residence are not eligible for the award.
