At Delaware: Cross Country – Second-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned one letter. 2012 Season: Competed in all but one meet for Delaware • finished fourth at the Delaware Invitational (23:32), seventh at the Lehigh Invitational (22:58), and eighth at the Blue & Gold Invitational (22:17) • placed 28th at the CAA Championships in 22:55 • named the team’s Most Improved Runner.  

Indoor Track & Field – Second-year member of the Blue Hens. 2012-13 Season: Ran the 5,000 meters in 17:58.38, the best time by a UD runner on the season • finished the mile in 5:15.96 and the 3,000 meters in 10:20.61 • won the 5,000 meters at the John Covert Classic.  

Outdoor Track & Field – Second-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned one letter. 2013 Season: Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:59.60 at the Towson Invitational and the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 1:43.13 at the Delaware Open • finished the 5,000 meters in 17:43.68 at the Shamrock Invitational.
