2013 SEASON
Competed in the first three meets of the season for Delaware as a freshman • best finish was 69th at the Delaware Invitational • also placed 70th at the Towson Invitational and 72nd at the Mt. St. Mary's Duals • named to Colonial Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll.

Participated in two events • ran a 5:15 mile at Princeton and a 19:57 in the 3,000m race at Lehigh • CoSIDA Academic All-American nominee

Participated in four events • part of a team to run a 19:42 in the 4x1,500m Relay at Colonial • ran a 2:27 at the Delaware Open in the 800m race, a 4:40 at the CAA Championships in the 1,500m race, and an 18:20 at Towson in the 5,000m race • CoSIDA Academic All-American nominee

HIGH SCHOOL
Competed on the cross country and track & field teams at Penfield High School • led the cross country team to the 2010 sectional championship • 2010-11 indoor track team and 2013 outdoor track team each claimed the sectional championship • all-county, All-Section V, and All-Greater Rochester honorable mention pick • set the school record in the 4 x 800 meter relay and the Section V record in the distance medley relay in 2012 • earned Scholar-Athlete Award • high honor roll student • AP Scholar with Distinction.
