ADA Information
- Accessible Entrances
- All gates at Delaware Stadium are accessible, however the southwest gate closest to the Bob Carpenter Center is the ideal gate for entry for guests who have accessible seating.
- Accessible Seating
- ADA accessible seating is located in the south end zone (in front of the UD Student section) and west stands. You may call the Delaware Ticket Office at (302) 831-2257 to request accessible seating in advance. Availability is limited and is handled on a first-come, first-served basis.Â
- Accessible Restrooms
- Accessible restrooms are located on north, west, and east concourses.
- Accessible General Parking
- Gate F - entrance off Route 4. You must purchase a Single Game parking pass in advance of the game and have a valid ADA placard to access this parking lot. You may call the Delaware Ticket Office at (302) 831-2257 to request an ADA parking pass in advance or show your placard to parking attendant game day.Â
- Accessible Parking Shuttle Service
- Complimentary parking shuttles are available to assist ADA accessible guests to and from their vehicles to the stadium. To ride the shuttle, please locate your nearest parking attendant to radio for a pick-up or call 302-831-8181 when needed. At the end of the game these shuttles do continuous loops from shuttle pick up locations to ADA guest destinations. Shuttles will run approximately 30-45 minutes after the conclusion of the game (until all ADA guests have been transported).
50/50 Raffle
The 50/50 raffle, supporting Delaware Athletics, will have ticket sellers in the parking lots during pregame and will be roaming the stadium concourse, Fan Zone and Hen House VIP parking lot on game days. There will be video kiosks on the east concourse and in the southwest corner of Delaware Stadium with prize value updates. Tickets will be 5 for $5, 20 for $10, and 60 for $20 – CASH ONLY. Must be at least 18 years of age to play. The winning raffle number will be announced during the second half. The winner may claim their prize by visiting the Bob Carpenter Center ticket office within 5 business days after the drawing. The winning ticket must be presented to receive the prize with ID.

Advance Tickets
Guests can purchase tickets to upcoming events via www.BlueHens.com/tickets or by calling the Delaware Ticket Office at 302-831-2257. On gameday, guests can purchase tickets at the Bob Carpenter Center Ticket Office. Ticket windows remain open throughout the first half.

Aisle Policy
Standing or sitting in aisles or stairs is not permitted. Guests will be asked to return to their seats. Guests must be seated in their assigned seats and are not allowed to crowd the walkways near our Loge seating.

Alcohol
Outside alcohol is not permitted inside Delaware Stadium. See below for information on alcohol sales inside the stadium.

Animals
Certified service animals or service animals in training are welcome. All other animals are prohibited from Delaware Stadium.

ATM
There are no ATM machines located inside Delaware Stadium.

Baby Changing Table Stations
Located in the east and west women's restroom along with the men's and women's restrooms in the north end zone. There are family restrooms located in Delaware Stadium. Please see the Guest Service kiosks, located next to the east main gates and in the southwest and northwest corners of Delaware Stadium, for more information.

Bags/Backpacks Policy
All bags smaller than 16" x 16" x 8" are permitted into the stadium. Backpacks are prohibited in Delaware Stadium. Bags and containers are subject to inspection by gate security once entering through the Evolv Weapons Detection units. Hard-sided coolers and bags with metal frames are not allowed.

Beer/Wine Sales (Inside Delaware Stadium)
Beer and wine sales are available inside Delaware Stadium to all guests over the age of 21 with valid photo ID. Alcohol sales are located in Concession booths two, three and the grab-and-go station on the west concourse, as well as in the northeast booth on the east concourse. New for 2025:Â Draft beer will be sold in the Minite Plaza. Alcohol service will conclude at the start of the fourth quarter.Â

Bicycle Parking
Bicycle stands are available for use by guests and are located on the Bob Carpenter Center plaza.

Cameras and Camcorders
Still cameras are welcome. Guests are asked to avoid standing in the aisles while using equipment, obstructing the views of others, or using tripods or monopods. Video and photography of Delaware Stadium and performers cannot be used commercially without written permission. We reserve the right to request that guests discontinue taking pictures on facility property.

Cellular Phones
Guests are welcome to use cellular phones provided their use does not disturb other guests. We encourage you to tweet and Instagram @UDBlueHens throughout your gameday experience using #BlueHens.

Chair Seats
Personal seat backs and seat cushions may be brought into the stadium but must be 18 inches or less.

Children
We offer complimentary admission to children two years of age or younger, provided they are accompanied by an adult. These children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat. Children must be supervised at all times.

Concessions
A variety of concessions are available for purchase throughout Delaware Stadium. Concession booths are located primarily on the west and east concourse in addition to the northeast corner of the Stadium. Booths on the west side will provide more traditional food and drink options while booths on the east side will offer food from local vendors. New for 2025: Exclusive Delaware First State, First Season YETI cups will be available for purcahse in the club level conecssions area.

Drones
You need approval before flying a drone or other unmanned aircraft system on university property. The use of any property owned, leased, licensed or otherwise controlled by the University, including, but not limited to, any "air rights" recognized by federal or state law, to operate any Unmanned Aircraft Systems ("UAS"), commonly referred to as "unmanned aerial vehicles" or drones, as well as any small unmanned aircraft, poses inherent health, security and privacy risks to the University community. The University does permit the operation of UAS within the strict guidelines of the UAS policy and following the approval of a UAS Application (PDF).

Evolv Weapons Detection Units: Â
All guests, staff, and volunteers are required to walk through the Evolv Weapons Detection Unit outside each guest entrance. Any illegal contraband is subject to be seized by CSC Security and University of Delaware Police as they see fit. Please note the following:
- Please do not remove any personal items from your pockets.
- Keep moving forward.
- Do not stop unless instructed by CSC security staff.

ElevatorÂ
An elevator will be located in the southwest corner of the stadium for those with ADA seating in the west stands. For ADA guests with Whitney Club Access: The elevator inside the Whitney Athletic Center will be shut down during the following times:
- five minutes prior to 1st quarter
- two minutes prior to halftime
- five minutes prior to start of 3rd quarter
- two minutes prior to the end of the game
The Whitney Athletic Center elevator will be back online for ADA guests once both coaching staffs have been taken up/down.

In the event of an emergency while attending Delaware Stadium; please call the University of Delaware on-site Command Post at 302-831-8181.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures
If there is ever a time where guests must evacuate Delaware Stadium, proper evacuation procedures and locations will be communicated over the PA system and video board. Please be alert. Event staff will assist in directing guests to the correct areas of evacuation when deemed necessary. Areas of refuge are: Delaware Field House, Bob Carpenter Center, and personal cars/vehicles. Tune into 94.7 WDSD for emergency evacuation announcements and updates.Â

Entry
Only guests with valid tickets or credentials are permitted into the venue. Delaware Stadium has a no re-admittance policy, which means that once you leave the stadium, you will not be permitted to re-enter without having a new ticket. Please note that entry into Delaware Stadium begins once guests/staff walk through the Evolv Weapons Detection Systems. Re-entry will NOT be allowed once guests walk through these security units. Guests who need to purchase tickets at the Bob Carpenter Center Ticket Office prior to gates opening may do so without entering the Evolv units using the south section of the Bob Carpenter Center plaza.
Fan Zone (presented by Anchor Buick GMC)
The Anchor Buick GMC Fan Zone is located in the small parking lot between the Bob Carpenter Center and The Hen House. The family-friendly fan zone is full of good times with music, giveaways, inflatables, face painting, photo booth and interactive games. This experience is complementary and open to the public.

First Aid
Emergency first-aid (ambulance service) is available at the southeast corner of the stadium. Contact the nearest usher or public safety officer to request medical attention.

Flight Path
New for 2025: The Flight Path is a ne team arrival tradition, celebrating the pageantry of college football. On game days, three hours before kickoff, fans are invited to gather to welcome the team as they arrive. The team buses will drop the players off on South College Avenue, and the team will then walk through a tunnel of Cheer, Dance, the Band, and fans as they make their way into the stadium into the stadium for gameday. Beginning at approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes before kickoff, Entrance A for parking will be shut down and will remain shut down for approximately 20 minutes while the team makes there way into the stadium. Guests that utilize this parking entrance are encouraged to arrive early or otherwise plan their arrival around this timeline.

Gameday roster cards are free and available for pick-up at East, Cosgrove Family, and Spartin Family gates, while supplies last.

- Guests should not take any action that inhibits the progress of any game or event.
- Guests should avoid the use of foul, racist, sexist, abusive language and refrain from making any obscene gestures.
- Guests should refrain from any display of inappropriate affection in a public setting.
- Guests are required to sit only in their ticketed locations and to present their ticket when requested.
- Only authorized individuals may enter the playing field and other restricted areas, and guests must refrain from entering such areas without proper authorization.
- Guests should follow all local, state, or federal laws and will follow the instructions of event staff

Guest ServicesÂ
Guests may visit our Guest Services kiosks outside of the stadium on the west side beginning four hours prior to kickoff. There are three Guest Services kiosks located inside Delaware Stadium, (1) on the east concourse, (1) in the southwest corner, and (1) in the northwest corners of the Stadium. All three kiosks will be open two hours prior to kickoff and remain open through the conclusion of the game. Guests are invited to stop by for general information, solutions, lost and found, and helpful service.

The Hen House powered by Schell Brothers
For the 2025 season, the Hen House is introducing 34 premium VIP parking spaces, situated in a prime location next to the Anchor Buick GMC Fan Zone. These spaces offer fans unparalleled access to the vibrant pre-game atmosphere and are conveniently located near the start of the all new Flight Path. The Flight Path will occur close to 3 hours before kickoff, and allow fans to join our band and spirit programs as they welcome the team to the stadium on game days.
In addition to the new VIP parking spaces, the Hen House will continue to offer space for private tent reservations. Fans can secure a turnkey tailgate experience to host clients, employees, social groups, or friends and family. These private tents offer a premium setting for anyone looking to elevate their game day experience with a hassle-free, all-inclusive tailgate.

Lost and Found
Lost and found service is maintained at the Guest Service kiosk on the east side of the stadium inside the main gate. Articles that are found should be turned over to an usher or brought to this location.

Lost Children / People
A guest who has become separated from his or her party should proceed to the Guest Services kiosk on the east concourse or contact the nearest usher.
Marching Band
The UDMB averages 300-340 members. This includes all wind players, percussion and auxiliary members. General breakdowns of each area are approximately 220-240 brass/woodwind members, 34-38 percussionists, 38-42 color guard members, and 3-5 twirlers. The band will sit in the southwest corner of the stadium.
- UDMB performs at UD home football games at the following times:
- 3 hours prior to kickoff- Flight Path followed by a performance on the BCC Plaza
- 1-hour prior kick-off - Sidewalk Show in front of the Bob Carpenter Center
- 45 minutes prior to kick-off - Gold/Blue lots
- 15 minutes prior to kick-off – Delaware Stadium

- 15 minutes post game

Merchandise
Official Blue Hens merchandise can be purchased on both the east and west side of the stadium, in the Whitney Club & at the campus shop location. Minite Family Plaza & Picnic Area
Located in the northwest corner of the concourse, the Minite Family Plaza is home to the busts of Tubby Raymond, David Nelson, and Bill Murray and offers picnic style seating for our guests to enjoy on gameday. Minite Plaza offers a private outdoor area starting 90 minutes before kickoff. The area includes access to a premium draft beer truck, with catering options available at an additional cost. $1,500 plus tickets secures your private pre-game party! Noise Making Devices
Musical instruments or any type of noise-making device are prohibited inside Delaware Stadium, even if purchased on-site at the University.

Outside Food or Beverages
No outside food or beverages are permitted. Guests with disabilities may bring factory sealed plastic or paper containers that contain liquids required for medical reasons into the facilities and families with infants may bring in appropriate formula/food. Guests are allowed to bring in one sealed/unopened bottle of water to Delaware Stadium.Â

Paging
The public address system may not be used for paging guests. In the event of a medical emergency or special circumstance, consideration will be given to using a general page.

Delaware Football now offers the following paid experiences: message on the videoboard, sideline show, photo on the field, ring the bell, kickoff kid, a visit from YouDee or Baby Blue in your seat, the ability to propose on the field. Parking
Parking lots open four hours prior to kickoff for parking and tailgating. Once the game begins, guests need to enter the stadium or leave the property. Patrons are NOT permitted to save spaces for friends that are arriving later. Patrons are NOT permitted to park in driveways, exits or fire lanes. All parking must be in designated spaces as directed by the parking lot staff. Tents or awnings are not to be erected in parking spaces, or in such a manner as to impede the flow of traffic or fire lane required by code. The tailgate needs to be limited to the area immediately behind your vehicle. Failure to comply could result in loss of parking privileges. All single game day parking can be purchased in advance at www.bluehens.com/tickets. Parking on game days is $25 per car in all single game lots, excluding the ice arena which is $60 day of game. New for 2025: Cash will no longer be accepted for day of game parking. All parking must be paid with a credit or debit card.Â

For the safety of all patrons, the throwing of footballs, beach balls, baseballs, frisbees, or any other projectile is prohibited inside athletic venues. Large inflatable objects are also prohibited.

Replacement Tickets
Guests may access and reissue their tickets by visiting bluehens.com/myaccount. On game days, guests may visit any ticket window for assistance, however, tickets will only be reprinted and distributed to the account holder.

Resale of Tickets
Resale of tickets on stadium grounds is strictly prohibited. Guests may resell their tickets via  bluehens.com/myaccount.

Restrooms
Portable restrooms are located on the east and north sides of the stadium, in addition to permanent restrooms in the north, west, and east concourses.

Smoking / Tobacco-Free Policy
Effective 8/1/14 the University of Delaware has implemented a tobacco-free policy applicable to all members of the University community. This includes all tobacco products such as all types of e-cigarettes and chewing tobacco. For details, visit www.udel.edu.

Solicitation & Distribution of Literature
Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, political posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted material, without written permission from UD Athletics.

Sparks Suite
Just outside of the Stadium Club in the Whitney Athletic Center, the Sparks Suite offers a private indoor location starting two hours prior to the game. Fans would have access to the stadium club, a flexible space with moveable tables and chairs, and AV for presentations.Call the Delaware Athletics Ticket office at (302) 831-2257 for more information or to book.

Stadium Club
The Stadium Club in the Whitney Athletic Center is accessible to those sitting in club seats for the game. Guests with club level tickets are encouraged to use the Whitney Athletic Center as an entry gate to be wrist banded for access to the club. Those entering directly from the stadium should be prepared to show their club level ticket upon first entry to receive a wristband for the space. Food, beverages, & merchandise will be available for purchase in the Stadium Club.
Strollers
We welcome guests with strollers, however they are not permitted to be in the stands. Strollers may be left at the Guest Service kiosks located on the east concourse and in the southwest and northwest corners of the Stadium. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.

UD Students are able to purchase student guest passes at the same time they claim their free student ticket. To do so, log onto bluehens.com/student.

Tailgating
Guests may tailgate beginning four hours prior to kick-off and may resume post game for up to two hours after the conclusion of the game. Tailgates must be limited to the immediate space behind the patron's vehicle and driveways must be kept clear at all times. Tents or awnings are not to be erected in parking spaces, or in such a manner as to impede the flow of traffic or fire lanes required by code. The tailgate needs to be limited to the area immediately behind your vehicle. Failure to comply could result in loss of parking privileges. Team Guests (Delaware Football & Spirit Squad)
All Delaware team and Visiting Team, and Spirit guests will receive their complimentary tickets digitally. Guests are allowed to enter the stadium through any (5) main entrance gates. For any questions, please visit the Bob Carpenter Center Ticket Office.

Team Guests (Visiting Team)
Visiting team guests can pick up their tickets (if physical tickets were requested from the visiting institution) at the Bob Carpenter Center Box Office upon arrival. A photo I.D. is required to receive a complimentary ticket. Tickets are stubbed and immediate entrance to the stadium is required. Gates open two hours prior to kick-off. Please plan to arrive early to avoid lines.

If electronic tickets were requested by the visiting institution, visiting guests should plan to check their email inbox for electronic tickets to the game.
Television
Home Delaware Football games will primarily be available on ESPN+, with the exception of 10/3 vs WKU and 10/22 vs MTSU. October 3rd vs Western Kentucky will be aired nationally on CBS Sports Network and October 22nd vs MTSU will air nationally on ESPN2.
Tickets
A ticket for admission is needed for all person’s ages 3 and older. The Delaware Ticket Office is located in the Bob Carpenter Center, 631 S. College Ave. Phone: (302) 831-2257. The Bob Carpenter Center Ticket Office will be open for gameday sales, based on availability, for the four hours prior to kick-off and remain open until the end of half time. An additional ticket office is located at the northwest corner of the stadium.

UD Students
The Cockpit seating section is free and open to all UD students. All students must have a ticket in advance of the game. Tickets are free and able to be reserved at bluehens.com/student. Students must reserve their FREE ticket online in advance of all home games for Football. Tickets will be a mobile ticket delivered to the student’s email address (only after successfully claiming a FREE ticket). Be sure to add the ticket to your mobile wallet and have your phone charged before the game to speed up the entry process. Free shuttles are available on gameday from Independence, Perkins, and George Read and drop off at Sincock Lane. Buses will pick up from Sincock Lane to return up to North Campus. Students can purchase parking prior to gameday for just $10. Parking is $20 on the day of the game. NEW THIS
- The Student Tailgate Lot is located behind Bob Hannah Stadium, the student tailgate lot offers 20 10’x10’ tailgating spaces for every home football game this season. For more information and to reserve a space, click here.Â
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are not permitted inside Delaware Stadium. Ponchos are recommended during an event held during inclement weather.

Ushers
Stadium ushers serve the needs of the guests. Contact the nearest usher to request medical assistance or to register complaints about objectionable behavior.

Vaping
Vaping and e-cigarettes are prohibited in Delaware Stadium and all other athletic venues.
Videoboard Messages
Birthday and other celebratory messages to be displayed on the videoboard during Delaware Football games are available for purchase for $35. Videoboard messages must be purchased 72 hours in advance in order to get graphics ready in time. Further information for when your message will be on the board will be e-mailed to you 1-2 days before game day! Delaware Athletics reserves the right to approve and deny any video message requests.
Water Bottles
Guests are allowed to bring in one sealed/unopened bottle of water per person to Delaware Stadium. All other outside food and beverages are prohibited.

Tickets can be picked up in advance of gameday during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.). The ticket office will open four hours prior to kick-off on gamedays, please arrive as early as possible to avoid long lines.
