The Employee Fitness Center (EFC) provides a place where faculty, staff, retirees, and spouses can work out. Recently renovated, the EFC includes:
- A full Life Fitness strength circuit
- New cardio equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, bikes, rowers, and arc trainers
- Free Weights

The Employee Fitness Center is located in the Carpenter Sports Building (across from the pool). If you would like an orientation of the fitness center or a tour of the whole building, call the HealthyU office at 302-831-8388.
