Below are detailed instructions for accessing your account to manage your tickets and/or parking passings:
Download Tickets and Parking Passes to Mobile Wallet
Visit BlueHens.com/MyAccount on your smartphone and sign in to your account to download tickets and parking passes to your smartphone's wallet for safekeeping, easy retrieval and quick entry at the events!Â
- Step 1: Log in to your account from your smartphoneÂ
- Step 2: From the My Tickets page, select the game or parking event you are attending to access your tickets/passesÂ
- Step 3: Choose Add to Apple Wallet or Save to G PayÂ
- Step 4: Tap Add when presented with your ticket/passÂ
- Step 5: Open your smartphone's wallet to view your ticket
Print Parking Passes via Print-at-Home from your desktop
Visit BlueHens.com/MyAccount on your desktop and sign in to your account to print your tickets from home.
- Step 1: Log in to your account from your desktopÂ
- Step 2: Under My Tickets, click Download/Print Tickets or ParkingÂ
- Step 3: Select the game or parking event you are attending to access your tickets/passesÂ
- Step 5:Â Click the check box for the seats or spaces you would like to print then click NextÂ
- Step 6: Choose your Print-at-Home as your Delivery Method from the dropdown menu then click nextÂ
- Step 7: Confirm the information is correct then click YesÂ
- Step 8: Your tickets will arrive via email from athletics-tix@udel.edu with a link to download and print your tickets
Transfer Tickets to Your Guests from your smartphone
Visit BlueHens.com/MyAccount and sign in to your account to transfer tickets to your guests for quick entry for all at the events!Â
- Step 1: Log in to your account from your smartphone
- Step 2: From the My Tickets page, select the game or parking event you are attending to access your tickets/passesÂ
- Step 3: Choose Transfer
- Step 4: Select the seat or space you would like to transfer then click ContinueÂ
- Step 5: Enter the mobile phone number or email address of your guest
- Step 6: Review then click Transfer Tickets
Transfer Tickets to Your Guests from your desktop
Visit BlueHens.com/MyAccount on your desktop and sign in to your account to print your tickets from home.
- Step 1: Log in to your account from your desktopÂ
- Step 2: Under My Tickets, click TransferÂ
- Step 3: Select the event you wish to transfer tickets and/or parking passes
- Step 4: Click the check box for the seats or spaces you would like to transfer then click Continue
- Step 5: Enter the mobile phone number or email address of your guest
- Step 6: Review then click Transfer Tickets
Exchange Tickets from your smartphone (currently only available to Delaware Basketball Season Ticket Members)
Visit BlueHens.com/MyAccount and sign in to your account to exchange FLEX tickets for a home game of your choice!
- Step 1: Log in to your account from your smartphone
- Step 2: Click the menu options button at the top left corner of your screen then tap + next to My Tickets
- Step 3: Click Exchange
- Step 4: Select the Basketball Flex event
- Step 5:Â Click the check box for the seat you would like to exchange then click Next
- Step 6: Select a new event
- Step 7: Use the Search by Price or Search by Seat to reserve your seat(s)
- Step 8: Select your Delivery Method then click Next
- Step 9: Review then click Yes, Submit Exchange
- Step 10: Your new ticket(s) will be emailed to you and will also be listed on the event to download/print or transfer to guests
