The UD Coed & All Girl Cheer Team Elite Prospect Day Camp
Saturday, August 2, 2025
The University of Delaware Coed & All Girl Cheer Team’s Elite Prospect Day Camp is intended to teach cheerleaders the proper techniques required to achieve college level skills in stunting, tumbling, pyramids, baskets, and game day presentation.
Our stunting sessions are designed for coed female tops/male bases and all-girl female tops/bases to learn the progressions for straight up, spinning and flipping skills. Our tumbling sessions will be utilized to perfect skills on a non-spring floor and/or airtrack. Our pyramid classes will first help each recruit assess what pyramid position they are suited for (tippy, middle layer, shoulder stand, toe pitch) and then they will learn the progressions for straight up, spinning and flipping skills into pyramids. Our basket sessions will provide instruction on beginner to elite flipping and spinning college skills. Our game day sessions will provide instruction on motions, cheers, band dances and performance. Attendees will also learn more through our Q&A session where the coaching staff and team can answer questions on anything related to the University of Delaware and/or the cheer team.
We will offer skill instruction based on progression and advise all participants to move in progression based on their individual skill level. We will be teaching skills and material geared toward traditional college competition and game days.
All participants will work with and be under the instruction of the University of Delaware Cheer Team coaching staff and team members. Our format will divide all participants into coed and all girl to promote additional instruction from the team members and coaching staff.
Space is limited. Register early to guarantee your spot!
If you have any questions, please email Coach Kirby Lynch at cheer@udel.edu.
