AT DELAWARE
Third-year member of the squad as a senior quarterback • one of 10 seniors on the squad • former transfer from Rutgers where he was a two-year backup but did not see action • will enter season as the team's No. 2 signal-caller behind sophomore returning starter Joe Walker • once again gives Delaware one of the most able backups in the Colonial Athletic Association • will also serve as holder on placements for kicker Frank Raggo • hit on 5 of 8 passes for 33 yards and threw a 10-yard touchdown pass to Diante Cherry in the Blue-White spring game in May.
2015 SEASON (GAME BY GAME STATISTICS)
Battled Walker for the starting quarterback spot throughout preseason and earned starting spot in season opener vs. Jacksonville • shared duties before Walker took over in Week 2 vs. Lafayette • played in two games with the one start and hit on 11 of 19 passes for 111 yards with a long toss of 43 yards • hit on 6 of 10 passes for 60 yards and rushed twice for nine yards vs. Jacksonville • hit Diante Cherry on a 43-yard pass play that was the longest pass connection of the season for the Hens • also saw action vs. Albany in relief of Walker in the second half and completed 5 of 9 passes for 51 yards • served as a game captain for the Albany contest • went 4 for 8 for 25 yards and an interception in Blue-White spring game in May.
2014 SEASON
Transfered to Delaware from Rutgers during the summer • did not see game action as the team's No. 3 quarterback behind a pair of seniors in starter Trent Hurley and backup Justin Burns • earned Colonial Athletic Association Academic All-Conference honors.
AT RUTGERS
Played two seasons as backup quarterback at Rutgers in 2012 and 2013 for former head coach Kyle Flood • did not see game action over two seasons • teams went 15-11 in two seasons under Flood, a former UD assistant coach • team went 9-4, won a share of the Big East title, and played in the Florida Citrus Bowl in 2012 • member of 2012 team when current UD head coach Dave Brock served as offensive coordinator at Rutgers • named to American Athletic Conference All-Academic team in 2013.
