2013 SEASON
Competed in six meets for Delaware as a freshman and earned first lettere • top finish was a third place showing at the ECAC Open Race Championships with a time of 20:15 • finished 63rd at the Mount St. Mary's Duals in 21:19 • 53rd at the Delaware Invitational in 24:59 • 47th at the Towson Invitational in 20:15 • 31st at the UD Blue-Gold Invitational with a time of 25:27 • member of the CAA Academic Honor Roll.

Participated in three events • ran a 5:21 mile Princeton and recorded a 10:30 in the 3,000m race at the Tiger Open • ran the 5,000m in 18:23 at Armory • CoSIDA Academic All-American nominee.

2014 SEASON
Participated in two events • helped run a 10:29 in the 4x800m Relay at Ursinus and ran a 10:57 in the 3,000m race at Lafayette/ Rider.

Participated in four events • recorded a 4:53 in the 1,500m race at Towson, 10:34 in the 3,000m race at the Delaware Open, 17:59 in the 5,000m race at Morgan State, and a 37:21 in the 10,000m at the CAA Championships • ECAC Qualifier • VCU Ram Invitational Champion • Morgan State Legacy Champion • CoSIDA Academic All-American nominee

2014 SEASON
Participated in four events • helped run a 20:00 in the 4x1,500m Relay at WIlliam and Mary • ran a 4:57 in the 1,500m race at the Delaware Open, 10:37 in the 3,000m race at the Delaware Classic, and a 18:19 in the 5,000m race at JMU • CAA Academic Honor Roll.
