Ran a personal-best 5K time of 19:14.1 (eighth overall) at Delaware Invitational (Sept. 20)

2023 SEASON

Made her season debut at Spider Alumni Open (Sept. 2) and ran the 4K course in a personal-best time of 14:37.7 (26th overall)
Ran the 6K Paul Short Run (Sept. 30) race and posted a time of 22:19.5 (175th overall)
Captured fifth place in the Delaware Invitational (Oct. 13) with a time of 23:04.2
Posted a time of 22:09.1 at the 2023 CAA Championships (29th overall)
Ran a personal-best 6K time of 21:43.6 at the 2023 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 10)

2022 SEASON

Made her season debut at the Delaware Opener, finishing in 11th with a time of 19:28.1

2021 SEASON

Competed in three meets for the Blue Hens
Made her collegiate debut at the Towson Invitational, completing the 4K course in a time of 15:49.10 to claim eighth place
Captured fourth place with a time of 20:32.7 at the Goldey-Beacom College Fall Classic
Finished in sixth place with a time of 24:17.6 at the Delaware Invitational

Bio: Danielle Maria Eshelman... Born on January 6, 2003... Daughter of Maria and Mark Eshelman... Has two siblings, Elyse and Zach... Exercise Science major at Delaware and has a career objective of Physical Therapy... Four-year member of the Shaler Area cross country team and three-year member of the Titans track & field squad... Medaled fifth in 800m in 2021 and sixth in 1600m in 2019 at the WPIAL Track and Field Championship... Named WPIAL Scholar-Athlete in 2021... Member of the French Honor Society, English Honor Society and Global Scholars Program
