Ran a personal-best 5K time of 19:02.0 (fourth overall) at Delaware Invitational (Sept. 20)

2023 SEASON

Made her season debut at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (Sept. 15) and was the first Blue Hen to cross the 6K finish line with a time of 24:29.1 (45th overall)
Ran the Paul Short Run 6K race (Sept. 30) and posted a time of 23:42.3 (337th overall)
Finished the Delaware Invitational (Oct. 13) 6K race with a time of 24:25.3 to capture 18th overall
Posted a time of 23:44.3 (67th overall) at the 2023 Championships (Oct. 27)
Ran a season-best time of 22:24.1 at the 2023 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 10)
