2016-17 SEASON
Competed in all 11 tournaments on the year • ranked fifth on the team with a 78.06 average round • tied for ninth place at the Rutgers Invitational • tied for 13th place at the CAA Championship • carded a 76-72-72-220 to tie for 27th place at the Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate • selected WGCA All-American Scholar for the third straight year • CAA All-Academic Team honoree • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll • selected PNC Student Achiever on Feb. 9 • CoSIDA Academic All-America nominee.
2015-16 SEASON
Appeared in seven tournaments during her junior season • posted an 80.90 average round • tied for 24th place at the Rutgers Invitational and tied for 29th at the CAA Championship • her first round 77 at the season-opening Nittany Lion Invitational was her lowest of the year • named to CAA All-Academic Team • selected to National College Athlete Honor Society • named WGCA All-America Scholar for the second consecutive year • earned PNC Bank Student-Athlete Achiever Award on Feb. 11.
2014-15 SEASON
Competed in five invitationals for the Blue Hens, posting an 82.20 average round • carded her three lowest rounds at the North Florida Collegiate, firing a 77-78-79-234 to tie for 35th place • also fired a 79 during the second round of the Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate • tied for 32nd place at the Delaware Invitational • following the season, she tied for second place in the women’s individual field at the PGA Minority Collegiate Golf Championship • named to CAA All-Academic Team and a WGCA All-America Scholar.
2013-14 SEASON
One of three Blue Hens to appear in all 10 invitationals • ranked third on the team with a 77.92 average round, including a team-best 75.54 during the fall season • tied for the team lead with four top 10 finishes • placed second at the Delaware Invitational after carding a 75-76-71-222 • also was the Blue Hens’ top finisher by placing 10th at the Rutgers Invitational • finished fourth at the Rutgers Invitational with 74-75-149 • tied for fourth by carding a 76-76-152 during the season opening Tignanelli Towson Invitational • named CAA Women’s Golfer of the Week on Oct. 30.
HIGH SCHOOL/JUNIORS
Medalist at the 2010 and 2012 U.S. Junior Girls sectionals to qualify for the championship • was a three-year member of Team BC for the 2010-12 North Pacific Team Matches • won the individual bronze and team gold medals for Team BC at the 2011 Western Canada Summer Games • played for Team BC at the 2012 Girls Junior America’s Cup and was the champion at the 2012 Junior PGA series tournament at Arborlinks, Neb. • finished third at the 2011 CN Future Links Pacific Championship • qualified for the 2011 and 2012 Callaway Junior world golf championships • earned the 2011 and 2012 Award of Excellence • top grade 11 social studies, top grade 9 Spanish, and top grade 9 science student.

Grace Jia Hui Chua • born June 28, 1996 in Singapore • daughter of David Chua and Kasi Mok • has two sisters, Cherie and Cheryl, who play on the South Carolina State women’s golf team • father is a developer and mother is a real estate agent • finance major at Delaware who aspires to become a stock broker • team Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative with teammates Ashley Dingman and Vitoria Teixeira.
