Colin True serves as the Director of Soccer Operations for the University of Delaware men’s soccer program. A 2025 graduate of Delaware with a degree in sport management, True transitioned into this new role having served as a student manager for the team throughout his undergraduate years.
In his new role True supports both the coaching and operational sides of the program with a focus on logistics, analytics, and recruiting. He supports recruiting through portal research, visit coordination, and managing communications. On the coaching side, he assists with session planning, opponent scouting, video analysis, and player development. In operations, True oversees student managers, equipment, meals, and camp support.
True has coached at the elite youth level with Sporting Athletic Club's MLS Next program, helping develop top-tier talent in one of the country's most competitive environments. He holds a USSF C Coaching License and has also completed his UEFA C Coaching License through the Scottish FA.
