Keith "Radar" McCarthy joined the University of Delaware as the Assistant AD, Head Equipment Manager in June 2019.
McCarthy arrives in Newark after spending the last four years as the head football, men's lacrosse, baseball and sprint equipment manager for Cornell. There, he oversaw all ordering for the team, issued and collected equipment and clothing, oversaw laundry operations and the fitting and repair of all equipment.
Prior to his time with the Big Red, McCarthy worked for seven years at Kutztown University. He also has stops at Widener and as the Director of Football Operations at Father Judge High School (2003-06).
A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, McCarthy graduated from Edinboro University in 2003 and got his masters degree in sports administration from California University of PA in 2010.
